Mehmood Rajoka founded Mantle Partners and leads the Rajoka portfolio — a UK house of brands with eleven specialist companies across compliance, operations, growth and investment.

He has been a 50% partner at RR Accountants since April 2022, where the firm was rebuilt as a technology-first operation with a hybrid UK and Pakistan team. His path into business advisory began as an unpaid bookkeeper at the same firm in 2016, after a pivot from IT. Six years later, he was partner.

The point: Mantle is not a broker, not a marketplace, not a consultancy. It is a founder-operator advising owner-led businesses through the same kind of conversation he has already lived through — about leadership, succession, continuity and the legacy a business carries.
