Privacy
How Mantle Partners handles personal data submitted through this site. Written in plain language, structured to match the UK GDPR principles.
Last updated · July 2026 (readiness review added)
Mantle Partners is the operating name of a brand within the Rajoka portfolio. This notice covers data collected through mantle.partners, the enquiry form and the succession readiness review on the site. It does not cover data shared inside a separate written engagement, which is governed by that engagement letter.
1. Data controller
The data controller for personal data submitted through this site is Mantle Partners. For any privacy question, write to hello@mantle.partners.
2. What we collect
We only collect what you choose to send us through the enquiry form, plus standard technical information that any website receives.
- Name and email address you submit
- Relationship to the business (owner, advisor, referrer)
- Pathway you are exploring, if you tell us
- The short note you write
- If you take the readiness review: your answers to its ten questions, the first name you optionally give, your email address, and whether you ticked the box asking for occasional notes
- Technical request data (IP, user agent, page referrer) from server logs
With your consent, we also run Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity (see ‘Analytics’ below). We do not run advertising trackers, we do not profile individual visitors for advertising purposes, and we do not buy contact lists.
3. Lawful basis
We rely on two lawful bases under the UK GDPR:
- Legitimate interest: responding to enquiries sent to us. Our interest is to reply to people who have contacted us, and the expectation of a reply is reasonable.
- Contract: if a conversation moves toward an engagement, processing is necessary to take steps before entering into that engagement.
- Consent: the occasional owner notes (‘The Next Chapter’) are sent only if you tick the unticked-by-default box on the readiness review. You can withdraw at any time by replying ‘unsubscribe’ to any note or writing to us.
Readiness review answers are used once, to score the review and send you the report you asked for. They are not used to profile you, not added to any marketing list, and not shared with anyone outside Mantle Partners.
4. How long we keep it
Enquiry emails are kept for as long as the conversation is active and for a reasonable period after, in case you write again. If a conversation closes and there is no engagement, we delete the original enquiry within twelve months unless you ask us to keep it longer (for example, to revisit at a future date). Readiness review submissions follow the same twelve-month rule; if you asked for occasional notes, we keep your email address for that purpose until you unsubscribe.
5. Who we share it with
We do not list, advertise or marketplace any enquiry. The information you send is read only by Mantle Partners. Where you have explicitly named an advisor (your accountant or solicitor) as part of the introduction, we will coordinate with them at your direction.
We use a small number of well-known service providers to operate the site:
- Hosting (Vercel)
- Email delivery (Resend)
- Domain and DNS
Each is a UK or EU GDPR-compliant processor under a written contract.
6. Your rights
You have the right to:
- Ask what we hold about you
- Correct anything that is wrong
- Ask us to delete it
- Object to our processing
- Receive a copy in a portable format
- Complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk)
To exercise any of these, write to hello@mantle.partners. We aim to respond within seven days.
7. Cookies and analytics
Strictly necessary cookies: set by the browser for things like viewport and font preferences. These do not require consent.
Analytics, with consent: if you click ‘Accept all’ on the cookie banner, we load two analytics tools:
- Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd) measures aggregate page views, traffic sources and rough geography (country and region only). IP addresses are anonymised at collection. No individual profiling for advertising.
- Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft Ireland Operations Ltd) records anonymised session activity (cursor movement, clicks, scroll behaviour) and produces heat-maps. Form fields and the enquiry note are masked.
- Plausible Analytics (Plausible Insights OÜ) measures aggregate page views and referral sources without advertising profiling or cross-site tracking.
Both load only after you accept. The lawful basis is consentunder UK PECR. You can withdraw consent at any time using the ‘Cookie preferences’ link in the footer or by clearing the ‘mt-consent-v1’ entry from your browser’s storage. Each tool retains data independently according to its own published policy.
We do not currently use advertising cookies, retargeting pixels or social tracking. If that ever changes, this notice will be updated and the consent banner re-prompted.
8. Updates to this notice
We review this notice annually and update it when our practices change. The ‘last updated’ date at the top of the page shows when it was last revised.
