This website is a marketing presence for Mantle Partners. It is not a contract, an offer, an invitation to treat, or personalised advice. Engagements only begin once both sides have agreed terms in writing and signed an engagement letter.

1. Use of the site

You are welcome to read, share and link to anything published here. We ask that you do not copy substantial sections of writing or imagery without attribution, and that you do not present this site or its contents as your own work.

2. No advice without engagement

Nothing on this site is legal, financial, tax, accounting, investment or transaction advice. The pages describe how Mantle Partners approaches succession, acquisition and continuity conversations. They do not substitute for the advice of your accountant, solicitor, financial adviser or any other regulated professional.

3. Enquiries

Sending an enquiry through this site does not create an engagement, advisory relationship, or commitment of any kind. Either side may decline to continue at any point, for any reason, without explanation.

4. Confidentiality

We treat enquiries as confidential. Specific commercial details should not be shared in a first message — please describe the situation in general terms. Once a mutual confidentiality undertaking is in place, we can discuss specifics.

5. Third-party links

The site may link to external sites — for example, the Rajoka portfolio. We do not control or endorse the content of any third-party site, and we are not responsible for it.

6. Intellectual property

The Mantle Partners name, logo, design system and writing on this site are the intellectual property of Mantle Partners and the Rajoka portfolio. The Rajoka design system is shared internally between Rajoka brands; it is not licensed for external use.

7. Liability

We do our best to keep the site accurate. We do not warrant that every sentence is correct at every moment, that the site will be available without interruption, or that it is free of every possible error. To the extent permitted by law, Mantle Partners is not liable for loss or damage arising from use of this site.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability where it cannot be limited or excluded by law — for example, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraudulent misrepresentation.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from your use of this site.
